Rick-A-Nator
The Rick-A-Nator is an anterior positioning appliance for the mandible anchored to bands on the upper first molars. There is an acrylic ramp in the anterior section to guide the lower arch into the desired position. This ramp extends across the incisal third of the lower teeth.

Treatment & Care
This appliance should be cleaned every day with toothpaste and a soft toothbrush, morning and night. Encourage the patient to give sufficient time to clean thoroughly around the appliance, gums, teeth, and bands to maintain proper hygiene and prevent inflammation. 3 minutes is recommended.
